Narrowed beam ride quality?

Hi all
Ive got a 67 bay which used to have a 59 splitty beam on, dropped with adjusters an dropped spindles with a nice smooth ride!!
Just had a 4" narrowed beam put on an the ride quality has really changed, now a really firm ride an bouncing me all over the place, but its around an inch higher!!
How`s your buses ride quality?? Should it ride so bad??

Shorter leaves will make it stiffer, why did you change the beam?

The other beam wasnt narrow!
An i like the narrowed look!

lower your tyre pressure,that will cure your ride quality and make her sit lower!dont suppose you have a washer bottle cap do you?
