Need Some Heater Pipe Help

Evening all :mrgreen:

Need a bit of help if poss.
Got a pair of rear heater vents factory fitted in my 70 bay but the pipework is knackerd so need to replace.

It looks like the tubing that runs from the fan housing to the heat exchangers.
Problem is finding some new stuff. Ive tried all the usual suspects but no one does it.
Its about 42mm id.
Anyone got any ideas please?
