Good evening,

After attending Vanfest I thought I would like to get more involved. I have only had my van fr 2 months and am really enjoying it. (Its my first VW).

Some of you may have seen it on Sunday, I am afraid the gearbox gave up 1/2 mile down the road after leaving the showground  . Never mind though, it is in my local vw specialist being fixed this week. :D

Here are some pics -

Once I have the van back I will get some more loaded on.

Does anyone know of any clubs around the Norfolk area??

Hi mate think I saw you at the side of the road ? With a Rottweiller ? I was in my early panel van and i beeped at you coz i thought your van was bloody lovely , Welcome to the forum son hope to meet up soon , Come to the Northampton meet in October  8)

Certainly was me.

It was my very well behaved Doberman. We had to wait at the side there
for only 7 hours!!!!!

Hopefully van will all be sorted and I will try and make it to Northampton.

Will be good to meet you

Think I saw you too on the A40 or the road leading up to the A40? in a parking layby? Didn't look like you where broken down otherwise I would have stopped, looked like you'd stopped for tea or something.I would have bibbed but my horn stopped working on the way to Vanfest! Nice van you got there.

Sweet looking bus, da Fuchs look real nice :)

hey matt welcome,

who needs an alarm when you have a doberman

love the van.

That is a very pretty van 8) - well done, but soz about the gearbox dude

Thanks for all of your comments.

Can't wait to get the van back. I will certainly be making it to more events next year.

Luckily the wife is as keen on the van as me so that makes things a hell of a lot easier.

Only thing is she wants to do the house up now so the bodywork may have to go on hold for a little while. I suppose as long as it is running I can still make the most of it.
