Hello everyone
Nice site! came across you a while ago while trying to sus m codes on my bay.
My name is steve and I am originally from cambridge in the uk, I now live in sweden, near stockholm.
I have owned a fair few vw, Just recentlly aquired another early baywindow, bringing our total to 3, although my garage houses a total of 5 as My father inlaw has 2.
They are all early bays and they go like this:
1968 microbus, newly aquired (very special, you will see soon)
1971 which im rubbing down old paint and fixing up.
1970 old surf bus which we use for robbing parts off, complete except engine and gearbox. has rust issues.
My father inlaws are:
1972 crossover low front with large rear lights, currentlly stripping for resto.
1971 microbus, he has this so he can drive around while the other gets a makeover

I'd like to echo gninnam's sentiments - hello to all I've not said hello to yet, nice to have you with us!

;)

Stop nickin' me sentiments - 'aven't got many left now thanks to you  :p

Thought I'd say hi to you all.

I don't have a bay, but a split. Unfortunately I may have to give this up as it's playing up on my back.

So I'll be on the look out for an early bay to give me a better driving position.

Alan

Blinking eck alan! shame your gonna sell, but you know the way of the early bay is THE only way to go 8)

Welcome chap welcome! :D

I know ez, but just came back from me hospital appointment. Still early days yet, but not looking good if I carry on with the split.

Right, lets get on the case and get you a rude early bay! all the chaps on here are primed and willing to help out anyone who is after an early bay! 8)

I'm after an early bay, Easy, infact I've seen the one I want! Do you think if I hand you this bucket with a few coins in the bottom, you could pass it around the group for for me!

You never know! pass me the bucket and we will se what happens!

Hi all

I'm a new joiner (another refugee from JK) I have a '68 US import, which will be appearing in the Gallery as soon as I take some new pics.
