does anybody have any info on my parents old bay

was an orange and white westy, MOT 220L

According to the DVLA website, it has not been on the road since 1997, but also shows an export marker, so could well be abroad.

I live in northern Ireland so it might have been brought
to the south of ireland? is there a way I could check that?
