Ok so it's been a few years since I last posted... I've had about 5 years running my bay as low as it could go without tubs. Occasionally the CE beam would ground (the design has a lot of material below the torsion housing)
Start of this year then beam was swapped out for a design with more clearance and also raised 40mm. Test drove that around a couple of months and when I was happy with it I tubbed the front and dropped it down approx 2"
Still happy with the way it drives, with the beam raise it's pretty much the same settings it was, but the lowest point at the front of the van is the drop arm from the steering box. This will now scrape speed bumps or multi storey ramps no matter how slow.
Anyone know if there's a different design steering box I could use with a flipped arm? Or Can the box be raised like they do with splits?
Thanks
Donkers
