Turned on my main lights this morning and they immediately turn full beam!!! Cannot turn full beam off. Was working fine up until now.....any ideas where to look?

I would try the relay unit above the fuses
If you've got a continuity tester check the contacts haven't shorted together ( sometimes a gentle tap can free them for a temporary fix )
Failing that try the actual switch on the column
Using the tester again to test that the switch hasn't shorted together
Norm :D

OK this is weird. Installed a new relay and the full beam indicator did not come on however, one of the main bulbs also did not come on (as you stand directly in front of the van, the one to the right is out). No problem, it must be blown so I installed a new bulb but still does not work. Checked the connections in the bulb housing and they all look good. Any ideas?

The funny thing is, I dried out the old relay (see picture in my previous post!) and tried that, it still works!!! Still get the same problem as above though.
