Ordering problems

Hi all, I've been trying to order front and rear suspension set up from midland early bay, I've messaged Graham on FB an he replies then that's as far as it goes, I've left phone messages and phoned several times,I even spoke to him at a show a he was very informative and pleasant to speak to, I just wanna place my order or may have to look at red9 stuff again!
Has anyone else had any issues placing orders with Graham?
