paint colour on rear bumper to body panels

Hi What colour are the panels that sit between the rear bumper and body as i have 2 new ones that need painting (are they body colour or the same as the bumper, off white)I guess they are body colour ,in this case blue?

Im fairly sure that they were painted satin black originally, though I did have a pair in (body colour) blue from an SA van originally. Just re-read what I typed and its probably of no use!! (sorry)
