Here is another spectacular example of an early bay panel.

and this one caught my eye at a recent VW show....not quite the real thing as its running a Holden V6 motor but still good to look at.

There is another pic of that blue one with the Fuchs on here somewhere. I recognised the banana bender plates. It is a beauty. Is it some one you know?

Yeh its pretty amazing,its a 72 and did belong to a bloke called Damo on the Sunshine Coast,and the resto was done by a bloke in Byron apparently.
It was recently on the market very briefly ...so i dont know who owns her now.
So you have an appreciation for a good coffee then?

This was on the way up there,a mate took it from his 61 splitty somehow this must have been the only time I didn't have a bus in front of me...bloody riceburners getting in the frame.

This was at the street parade, parked up with 5 or 600 other VWs..Great fun.

Say i know u have a sticker of a red bird or duck or something like that on the right side of ur panel bus.! i have seen it before.What is it? and where can i get one like that?
and are u running on 15'' early split bus smoothies??.They look awesome.
