Hi tried to start my bus tonight, but no joy usually starts first time i did finally get it going but it ran really rough and stank of petrol, noticed petrol had been dumped out of exhaust, just checked dipstick this smelt of petrol too any ideas?

By the way I got it 200 yards up the road before it broke down, got towed home and it won't start

Or your fuel pump diaphragm has split inside and the fuels getting in that way. As mine did in the past.
Some are rebuild able , some not.

Really important to drain the oil and do an oil change!

It'll be one of the two problems pointed out above.

The fuel will dilute the oil and make it thinner this will cause bearing damage if you do not drain and change the Oil!

WHAT ALEX SAID!

In the last 9 months ive had loads of fuel pump problems. Pumping fuel into the oil and causing loads of other problems.

Take the pump off and have a look to see if it has washed out all the grease between the gaskets.
