point me in the wright direction please for horseshoe fittin

could someone please point me in the wright direction to find the link on fitting horseshoe plates from crewcab i've just ordered a set and need to find out how to fit um. i've been searching but cant find owt . i'm just as bad with computers as i am with spanners. many thanks phil

thanks for that its a lot clear of how it looks but still not 100% of how to fit um.

sorry i wasn't that clear and i misread your requested for adjustable springplates (yeah, nothing like horseshoe i know ). The techincal how to's though have something on those, in this section
