Never used this before,Im having the cab floors repaired ,about about 1/3 on each side. Will 590 ml be enough and is Metal Ready the right one to use, underneath will be Waxolyed and inside sprayed to match in with the original finish.
Cheers Chris

POR15 is trickier to work as surfaces have to be prepped properly, Rustbullet is easier to apply and gives better results... check out http://www.rustbulletuk.com/

all you need to do is rub any flaky rust off, ive tried both but rustbullet works better for me and less messy.

POR15 is a pain in the ass to prep for and sometimes doesnt stick that well.

Thanks for the quick reply, think I`ll go with Rust bullet now, anything to make life easier. Cheers Chris :)

Yeah go with Rust Bullet. I've used POR15 and a good result is too hit and miss. You just don't know (until it's too late) whether you're gonna get good adherence or a pile of flakey *****.

i ordered metal ready, por15 and the por15 primer! baremetaled the floor in the back of the bus, applied metal ready, applied por15 and then the primer, then sprayed over it, seemed fine at first but then started to peel like cling film, i dont rate it at all
