Guy's, I'm getting a propex heater but cannot decide whether to put it under the buddy seat or under the rock and roll bed. The latter seems favourite but where to put the gas bottle?.. where have you put your heater and gas bottle? Any pro's and con's for the location...
Cheers.

I've posted the pic below a few times but here it is again :) Under the bed seems to be the popular choice but for me under the buddy seat made more sense. I can fit it in there with electrics, 4.5kg butane bottle and some tools which leaves the whole of the R&R free for storing larger items.

Thanks for the replies guys, under the rock and roll bed looks nice and neat, but as I carry a lot of spares I think it might have to go under the buddy seat. I didin't realise you can get so much under the buddy seat..!

i've seen it under the passenger seat too. when i get round to fitting mine i think ill look at there as a location too

I got the 2211 and mounted it under the van inside a galvanized tray.
Plenty of space left inside. :)

I like the look of that, have you any photos - it would be even better if they did a Petrol version then no silly gas bottle!

Wish I had done that

mines outside, I don't get why you would loose good store space :? . put it in an ip rated panel ,tons on ebay for a tenner. sorted . mines been there 3 years this year no noise no drilling and space without worrying about people putting stuff on a hot fire in a box..

Excuse my ignorance, what's an IP rated panel? I like the idea of it being outside.
