I got the pump in the pic below when I purchased my bus. It was in a box of spares.

Is it a submersible pump

Anyone know ?



 
Yup :) It's a dobbydabber for your water tank. Was tempted to get one myself, but I've gone for a pump action job that I'm going to attach a duck caller to. Think about it... Doing the washing up from your last meal and suddenly... Ducks everywhere. Next meal is on the house.
 
I guess it could, yes- but there'd be a fair bit of trial and error with jet sizes since the flow rate from that will be wildly different than a standard windscreen washer pump. Plus you'd have to take the fluid from a non-standard tank... Only for emergencies IMO ;-)

I'm thinking of getting one and as long as you install below the tank
so there is constant water supply it's a cheap option and you don't
have to worry about the hose size and jet size change.
