hi all need to replace my push rod tubes are the adjustable / spring loaded ones any good which is best anyone

cheers paul

if you have a performance engine where expansion can be an issue i would go for the adjustable type - lots of money though

how about windage stainless steel tubes - i never had any probs with the ones i have fitted

As dag boy says, adjustable BIG £££, can't go wrong with some good spring loaded tubes :D

hi which sping one would you recomend

All depends on how much your willing to spend i guess  several companies do them. empi, bugpack, scat the general part companies really. Just shop around until you find some that suit your requirements or budget

Hi Paul,
I've put Jaycees on my 1600 from Cool Air, didn't come with any instructions, so just dont fit them this way!!!! ask me how I know. What a muppet, got home on the first drive and luckily I only did 2 miles, had oil dripping out the engine like water!! Anyway, after much swearing and difficulty, I can back up the claims to be able to fit these without taking the heads off. Turned them around and they do what they should, and look cool. Bit pricy at around £100 IIRC.

Good luck in your search, I'm well happy with these.

Cheers
