I have done this in the past for the rear hatch glass - but can't remember!

I have to fit the side windows again with new rubber - I've got the cord in the rim around the window etc etc - but where is the best place to 'start' the push-pull.
By that I mean should I aim to try and fit one bottom corner, work along the bottom to the other, then up etc etc - or start in the top/middle - there must be a 'best/easiest' way to do it!

I am finding that GT85 is a good lubricant - dries to nothing when done...

I usually 'cross' the cord in the middle of one edge of the glass and go from there.

GT85 is a good lube, but check it contains nothing that might degrade the rubber ....
