Raising my Arse

My back end sits too low so I'd like to raise it by 2 or 3 inches. I know the theory side of the job but I'm not confident enough to have a go myself. I'm worried about getting stuck partway through.

Does anyone know of a garage/person in the Bristol or Gloucester area who would be experienced at this type of work?
