Has anyone used these people ? are they active on here ? are they known to be cowboys...?

Bought a front drum off them on Ebay a couple of weeks back and heard/received nothing. Their phone is not connected and they don't respond to Ebay messages or direct emails....

Sent them a final email today but kinda resigned to resorting to have to claim on Paypal. I do need the drum if they are genuine and inclined to respond or send it....

Is this an innocent mistake or are they shysters, looking at their recent Ebay feedback I fear the worst !!

Theyve been around for a long time. Traditionally the only complaints about them have been the prices!

Ive heard a couple of people have contact issues recently, but havent heard any real nightmares with them.

Same as Clem, ive bought off them in the past and have had no issues, they are sometimes at shows. Is this the number you have tried? 01824 524003

Also might be worth asking some of the welsh crew over there if they know anything or ask if someone could pop in to see them and have an ask :)

Hi Easy

That phone number doesn't work - recorded message says number not available...

They are still flogging stuff on Ebay - but don't respond to messages.

I don't plan to waste a lot of time and effort chasing, got more interesting things to do...

I'll give them 2 weeks (almost up) and claim a refund and avoid them in the future...

Useful to know. Their reviews on Ebay showed another couple of people in the last month who paid and didn't get their goods.

As someone else said they used to be quite big and always had a stock of well polished campers advertised on their website, but that appears to be no longer the case.

They're local to me and I bought something small from them recently (think it was a sliding door piece) with no issues, but only dealt with them once. Would pop in for you but I'm in Spain at the moment!

Sorry but over the years I've only heard bad reports about them, same as you ie parts not received or when parts turn up they're not as advertised ie panels rotten etc when advertised as rust free.
I've always steered clear of them.
Andy

I remember a post from a couple of years ago where they asked for someones credit card details before going to look for the part they were after in case they were wasting their time    great customer service.

Thanks Graham, it arrived today and looks perfect, will put your Midlands Early Bay sticker on the bus, but maybe not the French Slammer one as my
bus is patently not slammed !

Thanks again

No problem Matt, have a good trip :)
