Cheers Dude

We have not got a computer at home so putting pictures onto internet is tricky

I would go into WHSmith's and have free read!

Very nice - love the 3 tone stripe. And the teledials, I actually think they look better on EBs than 928s

I was thinking the same, those stripes are cool. The next big thing for 2015.

Thanks Guys

I am glad I kept the strips, I had to redo a few sections

I keep finding more pictures = home made jail bars and rear seat belt set up for the kids

Cheers

Love everything about this bus.

Any chance you have any progress pics and info on how you retouched up the stripes? Preservation like that is top notch!!

Is the white bracket original?? I dont have one so it might be lost. can anyone tell

Thanks for your lovely comments fellow early bayers

To reproduce my strips

1) Took measurment of orignials I founds under years of repaints
2) Carefully drew out on van with pencil

3) Masked up each stripe with normal masking tape
4) Painted with rattle can at night with a head torch
5) The orig stripes were gold and two green colours which my local car shop did not have these colours so I picked three retro colours
6) with 800grit paper plus water just sanded back
Cost = £11 for three small cans of paint

Seat belts brackets = Both home made and non standard, big 5mm plates underneath in the fuel tank compartment
I had to drill a 12mm hole in my westy cupboard which I did not like doing but my kids saftey comes first
Cheers
