If we`re talking about the brakes dragging, have you slackened the shoes right off and iggled and wiggled inside to try and pull the shoes in a bit. Sometimes just tapping the drum will help them go back in, but I`m a bit wimpish with that so I use a hammer and block of wood. You have to get those shoes back in a bit especially if your drum has a bit of a lip on it. Be as carefull as you can because the backing plates are usually paper thin and hard to get as well. Once you have stopped it really dragging,, then the fun begins with getting the bas*"rd off. When you adjust the shoes to free them a bit, keep adjusting them till you got no adjustment left after you have movement.
