I need to carry 2 bikes on the back of my bus, loads look to fit ok, but want someone to recommend something.

Cheers Andrew.

I've got a Sarin Bones 3, got it off Fleebay for £45. It sits on the back door above the engine bay so you can still access the engine, someone on here recommended it and its spot on. Its got 6 webbing straps that hold it on, if you attach the top 2 hooks to the rain gutter it takes all the weight off the rear door, then one either side of the door and 2 on the bottom....hope this helps :)

Try searching for cycle carriers, bike racks you will find a few threads.

Personally I use the Sarin bones 3, not the cheapest but takes 2 minutes to fit and is easy to load the bikes up. The tie down system they use is nice and secure. Much better than the thule rack I use on my ML.

When I had a LB it came with one of these on the back it was excellent best way I've ever carried bikes & if you don't mind it being on there most of the time, that was 20 years ago, mine was a 3 Bike carrier.

Thanks everyone, no tow bar so will be following your recommendations!

I was thinking of selling my Fiamma bike rack cos I need a tow bar so I'll be getting a tow bar one soon.
