red 9 question

hi just 2 things i need to know 1. iv fitted my shocks with the adjuster at the top so its easy to get to.is this ok?
2.i need to adjust the dampers for a softer ride witch way do i turn the screw thing?

I really don't think so, unless the bus is upside down too.

Fully clockwise is softest.

Fully clockwise is no good though, I found it too soft and backed it out half way.
