It has just been painted and polished and I am just rebuilding .. The worse thing was I was moving something to stop it damaging the paint when something else fell and did it ..

.. Ah well .. at least I painted it myself and I can resolve it at minimal cost .. except time and effort of course!

Just had to vent it on here really .. little sympathy coming from Mrs!

Can't see the pic at work but I can feel the pain. I dropped a spanner onto the freshly painted bumper when I was rebuilding our bus. I really did feel sick, luckily it was easy to put right (by the experts, not me!).

Knocked out, skimmed, stopped and primered already .. its now just a bad memory and a photo!

Reversed into my own trailer on the way to BustFest - the 3point turn that I was doing at the time was due to a passenger 'forgetting' both beer and a sleeping bag and wanted me to divert to Tesco........Ahhhhhrrrhhhhh. So angry.

Next day as you say, accept and move on, in fact the co owner of my bus came up with a neat idea to air brush in the repair (after pull, fill, flat) got to say 1st class, can't see a lip in the paint. I think white (pastel) is quite forgiving however....
