Rubbing noise whilst turning left after 30min drive

Hi
got a wierd one here!
after driving around for approx half an hour
my 71 disc brake lhd westy starts making an on/off rubbing
sound when I turn left. When I straighten up or turn right there
is no sound!

Anyone got a clue before I have a poke around or head to a repair shop!

Check your wheel bearing, is it hot on that side after a run :?: give the wheel a big shake and check for play, also check for brake binding , sticking calipers and failed flexi hoses.
Hope it all makes sense.
