It's like pulling teeth, wouldn't be suprised if it wasn't my ISP, T**k T**k are the bain of my life. Need to get my act together and find one that works :evil:

since I've only got .5M broadband in the village its even worse, i'd hazard a guess the host has some bandwidth issues....

Was very slow / unusuable last night, fine again this morning.

I'm with Virgin media / Telewest so I doubt it is the individual ISPs...

our ISP is denying all knowledge of this :roll: , trying to force them to log check, i've restarted our server and seems to have cured the problem 8)

funny this corresponds to the bot registrations as well, they may have been flooding the site with registration requests and is possibly why it was running like a tortoise. I've banned most of their IPs now so should be an issue again /fingers crossed.
