If you used paypal just lodge your dispute with them and they take the cash straight out of his account pending resolution, and you can persue the money quite quickly if your not happy :D

On what grounds if they are not as described you have I believe 40 summit days to go through "Paypal" or push it through Ebay.... I've found Paypal for disputes far better....

complete crap there supposed to petition you to see if theres still problems.....take it to paypal, no messing about, the money comes straight out of his account ( a point a lot of sellers forget about )... it works you soon get dialogue once you have a product and they have no money....

The only thing with PAYPAL is that they can only take the money back from someone IF they leave the money in there account.
Personally as soon as i sell anything via PAYAPL i transfer the funds straight into my bank.

Hi all
posted the adjusters back to him,He received them today and sends me an Email saying leave him decent feed back and he will refund me £72.00
"Fu^K OFF"

sorry did i read that right.

you bought these, paid, got them, there wrong, ebay wont help, so you have now sent them back with out a refund
