Seat belt mounting bolts are 7/16" UNF and whatever length you need.

I just bought and fitted new bolts for the rear seat belts, as mentioned, they are 7/16 UNF, I used 1" for the belt mounts and 1 1/4" for mounting child seat anchor points.
Just make sure you get high tensile (grade 8 is better than grade 5).
