Try Dave at DB Cartrim (tel. 01253 894999). Very reasonable and I was really happy with the fit. I just went for single colour black vinyl with stitching.
Covers for 2 cab seats: £90
Covers for full width rock n roll bed £240 (including the bit above the engine bay which I upholstered onto board and 4" foam)
Covers for middle bench seat £130. He'd never made one of these before so I sent him my OEM basketweave covers and he made a template from them. Absolutely perfect fit.
He was quick too, I placed 3 seperate orders but never waited more than a couple of weeks.
I second that, I had him make me some green leather covers with cream piping, it took two weeks and they are superbly made.
Only had the fronts made though as I have sourced an alternative for the bed
OK, sorry for the delay. Had to wait for daylight to take these pics. n.b. the 'smears' you might notice are on the camera lense or were reflections from the windows not marks on the seats. I really wanted a z-products kit originally to keep the true microbus look but when I had no joy I put in a steel framed rock n roll bed instead. I wanted it too look as bus-like as possible so I'm not really happy that the rear seat sits a bit higher but at least I managed to keep my middle seat This involved moving it forward about 4" so the bed can open out. I'm using the original t-bolts and clamps. They go through new holes in the outrigger flanges and/or reinforced plates not just through the floor tin. Also to keep the mid bench arm rest I had to move the middle seat out towards the centre of the bus by a couple of inches so that the back of the seat clears it...and I needed seat belt extenders. It was worth the hassle to keep as close to the microbus look as I could and still have a bed
Really happy with the work Dave at DB did and they didn't take too long to fit. The rear cushion is upholstered onto board as the cover doesn't cover the underneath. The rear seat back and base are held in place with 5 x 1" wide velcro strips.
looking good fella, cant wait to get mine sorted......really like the way you've kept the middle row....unfortunately the dog takes up too much space (he doesnt like curling up) so that area will be his bed when on the move...
