Hi
I'm thinking of buying a T2 68 deluxe solid van with original paint and all the seats, no engine but all the brakes redone is 6.5 k too much ?
Thx

If it is as you describe then it might be an ok price.

An engine is a cheap part of the whole package so if the body is pretty solid and you've got some deluxe bits there too... could be a good price.

Have you seen it. Got any pics?

There are so many variables that can make a difference to the value of a bus that it is almost impossible to answer your question. An insurance valuation would be a different matter of course.

On the basis that you are looking for a solid bus as a keeper and not to make a quick profit out of, then ultimately your heart will tell you if it is worth that money or not  .

On paper I now know that I paid well over the odds for mine, but I would not change it for the world :D .

If its got no rust and filler then its a very good deal.

The more rust there is, the less of a good deal it becomes.
