Side load door

Hi all
I'm repairing a very bad repaired already side door an could really do with photos and measurements please???
Photo of bottom inner if poss as it's been repaired already but I have a bottom inner repair panel to fit and have no way of seeing where to start with it!
Measurements I would like if poss would be from under the outer swage line to bottom of door both sides of door please?

Measured on the outside from the bottom of the swage to the bottom edge of the door following the curve of the door. Original untouched door.

Front 795 Rear 791

Can't see any way of measuring from the inside.
