hi
I have an early Creative engineering BJ bay beam
adjustable and 4"narrowed
complete with narrowed leaves
trailing arms with good balljoints (all with new rubbers fitted)
Wagon west 3.5" dropped spindles
Bay window disc brakes (with wide 5 adaptor plates)
only thing needed to bolt straight onto a split or any bay are shortened steering arms
This set up will fit Splits, early and late bays...basically, any type 2
Beam - the CE powder coating is rubbish, so this needs a good rub down with wirewheel and paint, but is rock solid (and heavy)
-4" width, complete with shortened leaves
beam adjuster on both tubes
early ones used urethane bushes....1 has play in it so needs replacing
wagon west do suitable ones for about £50...sure you can get them in the UK , probably from T2D etc...

basically, sort the urethane bushes, give it a lick of paint , get some steering tubes & steering damper on and bolt the whole front end on
slammed comfy disc braked beam
£500
This is the complete set up on my bus - at this hieght, the ride is comfy
COLLECTION only from Wingate County durham, its HEAVY
