Sliding door clearance

My sliding door doesn't appear to pop out to the ful extent at the rear end and therefore catches on the rear arch.

The C shaped bar is limited and doesn't appear to have any adjustment but if i pull it to a 90 degree angle to the bus there is loads of clearance, any help with this??

Sounds like the U hinge mechanism needs an overhaul.

Probably good time to do the U-hinge bushes too. If you don't know what these are, search JK website for 'Sliding Door Mechanism Bushes' cheers
