Sliding door seal

Ok I know it's been done before but I can't find it. How the bloody hell do you fit a sliding door seal. I am well confused

Which piece goes where? Edges are different. You would think they would come with pictures

You need to take off the rear cover plate, which covers the rear sliding mechanism, slide it so far along to where it is grooved, the door will now come off at the rear, place it on an axle stand or something similar, it is easy from there.Mike
