Have spent the last two years on and of trying to figure out why my sliding door is misaligned at the rear and does catch the rear striker.
have pissed about and adjusted to no availal and so left the thing.
spent the morning(at work) dicking around and its come to me that the most important part of the sliding door mech is the springy hinge and thats the thing ive overlooked the whole time. what a retard. now i look at itthe answer was slap bang in my face.
looks like the spring has come off or is mullered and so before i enter the dark world of sliders , is the any where that supplys the spring only.
I feel a bit of a retard as have replaced every nut , bolt and bush, adjusted etc and ended up with a well......fail.

think i got it now. quite excited really as love to cruise with the door open( naughty i know).

oh and mrs horse says there is a package waiting at home to i told her that vintage speed is cheapo crap and wasnt worth the hassle of telling her :)

hope theres not an invioce on the blighter.
