Sliding Windows at Action?

I saw a trader at Action with sliding T2 windows for about £80 a set which I thought was pretty good! I didn't get the trader's name or website etc.. Does anyone know who it was?

Anyone have any experience with these types of windows? I figured they were pretty cool, I might have a mix of sliding and opening quarters at the back of my bus. Any pictures of bus's with them fitted? arty0021:

Those were an option on later year buses but of course they fit an early, I had them on a '78 bus I bought earlier this year, I tought it was a good idea and look good.

I figured they were an aftermarket part...

I take it they will only fit in the central windows as the rears are a slightly different shape aren't they? :?


Anyone know who the trader is? Or someone else who sells them? arty0051:

JK..VWHeritage....sell them......standard VW Brazil windows...think the frame colour has changed from polished to black........

I had a similar style in my old bus - a converted panel van - the only issue was security, if its left ajar you can essentially get into the van......

Hmm but if its shut its okay right? Just thinking its like any window if its open you can get it easier?

Really dont know, i like the opening quarters too much..

Anyone have a picture of a bus with opening quarters in all three windows - all open - to compare?
