Im trying to get my spindles off but i can't seem to shift them. The nuts are off the balljoints, i've tried to use two different ball joint breakers but both are too small. HELP.... Please. :worship:

I just did mine. You'll need a ball joint fork type splitter and a lump hammer

You'll need to hit them hard and much, too. :)

I just did the ones on my bug. I split my balljoints by using a hydraulic trolley jack between the trailing arms to provide a fair amount of force, before smacking the side of the spindle adjacent to the balljoint seat. They normally pop out given enough welly. If you keep the nuts on both balljoints loosely, it means you can then just jack it back up again and pop the second one out.

Bodgy...

But it works :D

;)

I should mention that I used a scrap axle beam in case I damaged the needle bearings in the beam, I don't think it did though (99.9% sure...). And that I do have a small balljoint splitter that wasn't man enough to fit them. The pickle fork type ones tend to damage the balljoint rubbers.
