Can someone explain what people mean when they talk about lowering it 2 splines at the back? Do you need to buy something to do this? is it standard? Im wanting to lower the van a bit not slammed just a bit.

the torison bar on the rear suspension is on a splined bar. Hence in simple terms you remove the rear suspension arm and refit 1 or 2 splines further round to lower the rear end.

OK so now you have that concept in your head you can now look at the inner and outer splines and combination of drops....

the inner and outer ends of the rear torsion bars have different numbers of splines, and thus offer a different level of drop or raise....

so you could go one outer down or one inner down they will give you different levels of drop,

then you could go one outer down but with one inner up which will give you and smaller incremental drop

Any combination you desire

if you go to the top of the tech section theres a guide to levels of drop

also look at this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AMxBolHOJR4" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; you'll get the idea.....

Ok cheers for that, then would you recommend changing the front shock to adjustable ags ones? and leaving the rear shocks just adjusting the height?

Spline heights in detail ;)
