hello peeps i was wondering if i could remove my single quite pack and go back to a standard exhaust? i have a 1641 with kads and a 110 cam.. i wanna drop the backend a bit more and the quite pack will be very close.

GOOD IDEA OR NOT?

cheers Dan

Standard Exhaust = Excellent Ground Clearance , Nuff Said 8)

I'm going back to stock. Fed up with my single quiet pack coming loose after hitting speed bumps.

Picked up a NOS exhaust box at Stoner today :)

what engines are u guys running just worried it may stiffle my engine a bit?

Yeah mate mine is stock , but you are "only" 1641 , so i think stock would work :?

how about a standard beetle exhaust? I have tried several combinations recently on a 1641 with twin dells and found that a standard ernst beetle exhaust with unbaffled taper tips performed pretty much as well as a quiet pack. If anything it was better at low revs, maybe not quite as good at very high revs but then i guess it depends how you drive your bus etc. They do seem to flow slightly better than standard bus exhausts and give plenty of ground clearance. :D
