Starter motor bushes. Got a bell housing bush but not other.

Hi
Any idea where to get the bush for the back end of an original starter motor from?

Most places supply the bush for the bell housing but I can't seem to find bush that fits in the back of the cover.

To be honest the bell housing bush wasn't that bad but since I wound a M12 tap into it to get it out it needs replacing but the bush in the other end is like a d*ck in a welly.

You will need to go to a bosche specialist rather than a VW specialist. There's quite a few to chose from. Alternatively you can go to a specialist in bearing and bushes though you will need the dimensions of what you need.
