Is the rear hatch trim a complete usable one?

It's as it is in the pic, the rubber isn't usable and is only there to stop the trim folding.
This is collection only, I'm not spending a couple of hours wrapping something only worth a tenner.

There are no hubs in the picture.
Just the brake back plates, mechanism and drums.
