Got a(Golde i think) metal sliding sunroof model van.I baught it with the sunroof section removed due to corrosion problems and had a sheet of perspex sheet screwed down with about 200 self tappers :roll: .
I baught a rust free sunroof recently and will be fitting it soon.
Just got to sort the rust in the roof first.
What have others done when their sunroof rusted out?
Replaced with another?
Fitted an elevating roof?
Fitted the soft vynal type with the press studs?
So far the metal sunroof i baught, shot blasting etc......... has cost more than the other 2 choises already.
Cant back out now, its !!!! or bust realy :mrgreen:
Ps how hard are they to fit? when i baught it the roof, and runners were slung in the back :mrgreen:
