Rock Solid, LHD, Holland import, 1968 early bay pannel, over 10 months of tax free left, over 11 months MOT, lowest bay (in the world?) im aware of, won at Bus Types, Best Slammed Bus. Painted pritty randomly, overall a bit ratty, but would be worthy of a mint paint job, i just dont 'do' paint! so to give it one over all colour/style i did this 'effect' to it!!! funny as when your driving it, really people stare..... lol

Thousands spent over the last 1.5yrs to take this van from nearly being broken for spares in to what you see today, all parts were bought brand new....

Restoration pannels include:

Rust free engine lid
Rust free rear hatch
Good condtion front cab doors
Rust free pannel sliding door
Front bumper
Rust free bumper cabsteps
2x Opening 1/4 lights
2x Cab door seal sets
new door/window seals all round

Front inner lower repair pannel
Front outer lower repair pannel
2x Front arches
2x Rear arches
Battry tray
2x front cab floor sections

As you can see, this van will go ALLOT lower on the front, pics to prove etc, but just try driving it....lol if i had the £££ id persoannly go for 17" BRM's/Radars and ajustible spring plates then dump it in the weeds.... as the tubs are big enough for 17's!!!

Engine:

DSC00877.JPG

Recently re-built, new bearings/pump etc....stock 1584cc, AS41 case, Ratio rockers 1:25's bolt up shafts, H/D valve springs with alumimum retainers, Empi 4into1 backbox, centre mount twin dellorto DRLA40 jetted to suit.

ran a 22.2 at VW Action this year, so fast for a stock-ish van!

Interior:
rock+n+roll+bed+2.JPG

Full width Westy R&R bed, newly built form 18mm ply using westy hindges
Brand new 3" blue bird customs foam, trimmed in black
Engine area coverd in sound deadening flashing tape
All inner cavities waxoiled Fully insulated with 1" kingspan EVERYWHERE
Really warm at nite!
Fully ply lined sides (5mm) and floor (12mm)
Front door cards are hard board
Front kick pannels are hard board
Stereo

which includes:
1x Alpine headunit mounted in the rear controled by remote control
1x Big power 4channel amp
2x Big power 6x9's
1x 1/2 Channel amp
1x 12" Sub box
1x 6 Disc auto changer
when turned up its very loud!!

other random bits:
electic windscreen washers
all repairs fully primerd, seam sealed, primerd then painted again, all wheel arches have been painted with stone chip and the under side has had a libberal coating of shultz under seal.

only niggly things which i would do in the near future is finish off the head lining of the rear secion of the interior, i was proberbly just gonna use hard board. but that job coudl easily be done over the winter, and would only take a trip to B&Q and a days work to finish!

i have 100's more build up photos not uploaded, showing just about every job i did on this van,

dont wanna sell but feel i have too! not in any rush either, as id love to have it for another show season as ive had some really great times in it!! but i want the trekker done for next show season too....

ive proberbly forgottern loads, but i know for a fact in parts alone ive spend over 6K! so best offer over 7.5K gets it, NOT looking for any Swaps or PX's.
