Suspenders

I am in the market to upgrade my suspension.
Have been looking at a number of options.....not sure which is the best......any advice.

Also am looking to upgrade my shocks...any advice.

Didn't want to seem negative towards red9design but I was on another forum and a guy that seemed to have a good knowledge of all things VW didn't rate them, he said:-

* Foksy adjuster was nice but can make getting the lower arms on/off a nightmare.

* Dropped spindles, why lower something just to look cool, when the ride quality is not improved and the roll centers are compromised etc...

* Didn't reate the red9's.

He said he didn't rate the ride quality of a lowered bus on standard springs??

As I'm new to vw's I was just looking for some guidance on what people have used and what type of quality they offer. :shock:
