SWAP westy 3/4 rr bed hinges for full width ones

Got a spot on set of orig Wedty 3/4 Rock and roll bed hinges but want to fit a full width bed so ideally need a full width set. Unless I can modify one of them (any pointers welcome!).

Will be converting mine in about 6 weeks, so not done anything yet! Of course, if anyone still wanted to swap it would make things even easier!
