Here's some pics of the Bus at Avery's workshop. And she is now driving :D

Next step is my American friend driving it up to Tacoma to port. Bring it on :D

is that you trying to buy the rear bumper from me, waiting for a shipping quote to the UK? If your bus has not left the states it might be easier and cheaper to ship it to your friend and load it with your bus.

How com the paint has been rubbed back around the swage line?

Looks like it's a clipper model and someone has removed the delux trim and rubbed the paint down? Possibly it was another colour before?

I never even thought to ask why he had taken the beltline trim off and flat the paint, of course now its been mentioned I will have to email the guy and find out. All the trim is safe a sound and packed in the bus.

He was going to lower the bus and had some pretty trick stuff to do so but never got round to it. He also decided that it would be nice to keep it stock.

Maybe the holes have been welded up where the clips go in and levelled off.Looking at the pictures it hasn't been another colour.

It must be exciting waiting for it get here, better than waiting for santa claus 8)

its possible that it has been rubbed down here to remove some surface rust...the trim is very nice and all but it is a dust and water magnet and can sometimes be a little rusty under there. Not saying that is the reason just saying it might.
Bus looks blinking great.Very straight and obviously very rust free.Well done.Looking forward to seeing the bus here :)

I have a host of pics of the bus and thank god the holes are all there :)

I think as Scott says he was just touching up some possible rust stains. The only real work I have to do is a few tiny dings and pop the screen out and deal with the standard surface rust under the rubber. Its not holed out and will be an easy fix.

I have asked for a quote by Avery's to get the brakes done and a set of new whitebands as they have suffered having been stood in a barn for 4 years. I just think it best to get them to do it while its in their workshop, and he is pretty fair on price too.

Can't wait for it to get here but another week or two won't matter.

Tis a luvly Bus you have there 8)

How long till it gets over here?

Rich
