Hi Jon, hi Alex

Thanks to both of you for coming on here and telling your side of the story.

It's good to know that you are actively trying to make more quality parts available.

To what extent do you partner with retailers in other countries to make new reproduction project more financially viable?

Do you cooperate with any VW clubs?

I think doing both of those things could really help botht in judging demand more accurately and in making new projects financially more attractive.

While I have your attention: Why are there no early bay front brake drums available at most dealers?

Why doesn't there appear to be a top quality stock distributor (SVDA) available?

What about basics such as OEM quality (or better) stock heater boxes and exhausts?

Early Bay steering box? edit: sorry, you did explain about the steering box above, Alex

Cheers

Stefan

Hi Stefan,

We are one of the largest companies in Europe and work very closely with other companies not just in Europe but across the world,

We are recognised by VW hence the partnership with VW Classic Parts, we also, through one of the companies we supply in Germany are supplying parts for the VW Restoration team based in Hannover.

We work very closely with any clubs that wish to work with us, hence why we offer discounts to so many clubs (including this very forum)

We are currently out of stock of the Earlybay drums but have them due in, (but if you need I see Jon has them in stock).

We offer either a reproduction SVDA Dizzy or a Good Quality one from Pertronix that already has electronic ignition fitted,

We already offer best quality Heat Exchangers, and find the exhausts to already be of good quality. Most wanting to upgrade in this area mate the best quality heat exchangers with a stainless system that we sell, such as the vintage speed system.

https://www.vwheritage.com/shop/043255108GEN/heat-exchanger-right-1-63-best-quality/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Hopefully this answers most of your queries,

But as said please feel free to contact me directly and I can always point you in the right direction.

All my best,

Alex

Thanks again to both of you. This has been helpful and interesting. I might contact you directly regarding a possible cooperation with the German T2 Club of which I am a member.

All the best!

Stefan
