Torque setting figures?

Hey Guy's and Dolls

Managed to remove input shaft seal on the gearbox. Now after putting back the new seal I have to replace the guide tube and would like to know if this is torqued or is it hand tight and 1/2 a turn

Any help appreciated. Have scoured the search engine to no avail.
