Anyone ever come across these before? Seems to be just what I'm after having given up with ridiculous small ET values on aftermarket 112PCD alloys:

I have 15" tyres, hence the reason for not going for 14" steels from the usual VW suppliers.

I run with 15" x 6" T4 steels on mine. Look identical to these. Not sure what et they are, but I do need 10mm spacers front and back and longer studs.
My bus is lowered and I have 205 55 (I think) on the back and 195 65 on the front and no issues with wheel rub, unless its particularly uneven ground and on full lock.

Are you running spacers to prevent them fowling on the inner edge then?

Yes, the et of the wheel necessitated it.

If wheel spacers are needed to avoid interference with the inboard wheel-arch surfaces, then the wheel-offset is too large.

There are a wide variety of 14, 15 & 16 inch Mercedes-car steel & alloy wheels (112 mm PCD | 66•6 mm centre-bore) with wheel-offsets (e.g. 37 mm) suitable for a 1971~79 VW Type 2, without resorting to wheel spacers, which I would avoid using in any application. Some of the early-model-year wheels are designed for use with M12 x 1•5 mm bolts or screw-studs, so would need reaming out to 14•5 mm, to accommodate the VW Type 2's M14 x 1•5 mm screw-studs.

I have some 2002~03 Mercedes C-Class, 7 x 16 inch wheels (37 mm wheel-offset) that I intend to use on my 1973 VW Type 2 motor-caravan, with either 205/65 R16C or 215/65 R16C tyres front & rear.

So far as appearance is concerned, I preferred the following 8 x 16 inch Mercedes [C-Class or E-Class?] alloy wheels (35 mm wheel-offset), but an 8 inch wide wheel and the appropriate tyre sizes, would be much to wide.

The 6 x 15 inch sized alloy wheels (30 mm offset) with 195/70 R15C tyres would probably be okay. It's the wheel size that was used on the post-1992, South African built VW Transporter T3 Caravelle & Carat models, which otherwise would have been equipped with the 5.5 x 14 inch steel wheels (39 mm offset). I would be EXTREMELY wary of fitting any wheel with an offset of less than 30 mm; especially with tyres of a sensible size, aspect ratio & load rating!

Yeah, all of the nice looking after-market 112PCD alloys are all rubbish offsets. My current MWS BRM's are ET12 which doesn't give you much room at all to get decent tyres on, especially the rear which, of course, limits your mph and ups your revs! Got some 185/65/15's on them at the moment, but they're not ideal. I've got some Continental Vanco Contact 2's (195/70 R15C) to fit, but they won't fit with the BRM's, hence the search for a 112PCD with a decent offset.
