Very Quick Spring Plate Question!!!!

Quick one,
Can anyone tell me how many splines i need to fit the spring plates to my Jan 1970 bay??? i have offered a pair that have 52 splines in them??

I'm pretty sure that 52 splines are for late bays.

Just found this thread to confirm.Earlybays have 48 splines
